Returns
You can return products purchased from us within 14 days of receiving your package. To do so, log into your account and use the quick return process.

Return all or only selected items from your order. You have 14 days to make the return. -
Provide Shipment Details
Verify the information taken from your order and fill in any missing details, such as the shipping method, packaging type, and shipping date. -
Pack and Send the Package
Pack the return in the same or different packaging. Hand the package to a courier, drop it off at a parcel locker, or deliver it to a drop-off point. The products will be returned to the store.

Please remember to include the receipt and a withdrawal form in the package. You can download the withdrawal form here: [Withdrawal Form]. If you're using a different form, make sure to include your bank account number and clearly fill in your full name. This will speed up the refund process. The withdrawal form can also be sent via email to: monopolkadesign@gmail.com. The 14-day return period is considered met if the email with the form is sent, or the return package is posted, within this time frame. The returned product must be complete (including tags) and show no signs of use. If the product does not meet these requirements, we will have to return it at your expense.
Refunds for returned products will be processed no later than 14 days after we receive the package. The refund method will match the original payment method used for the order. If you made an instant bank transfer, the refund will be processed the same way. In the case of a partial return, shipping costs will not be refunded.
The cost of returning the product to the store is borne by the customer. If the order was paid for but not collected, we will refund the order value minus the return shipping cost.
Complaints
If the product you purchased turns out to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we are happy to help resolve the issue. Below is the complaint procedure:
